Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support for business-critical software.
• Assist with IT initiatives to improve efficiency and security.
• Setup and lifecycle maintenance of laptops, monitors, and assets.
• Support Phoenix staff with issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Administer user accounts and onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with departments to implement technology solutions.
• Maintain office tech infrastructure, including printers and network.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.
