Job summary

Valley National Bank is seeking an onsite IT support professional in Phoenix to troubleshoot and maintain business-critical software, including Great Plains, and to support the rollout of IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include equipment deployment, end-user training, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and collaboration with departments and vendors to improve efficiency and security across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for key software platforms (e.g., Great Plains) and operational systems.
• Assist with IT initiatives: implementation, testing, and ongoing support to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Equipment setup, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance for laptops, monitors, and other technology assets.
• Provide timely onsite technical support for Phoenix-based staff, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and end-user training.
• Support user account administration, access management, and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Partner with departments across the organization to identify technology needs and implement practical solutions that support business objectives.
• Assist with office technology infrastructure, including conference room equipment, printers, network connectivity, and telecommunications systems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.
