Job summary

Paxon is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Suwanee, GA. This 100% onsite role supports WMS, SQL databases, and core IT services, with on-call rotation. Expect to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will provide Level 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and collaborate with operations and development teams to improve system reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a technical support, systems support, or application support role (Level 2 or higher).
• Hands-on support for business-critical applications in logistics/warehouse environments ideal.
• SQL data validation and troubleshooting experience (intermediate).
• Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for internal users, applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot WMS, client portals, and custom business apps; resolve data issues and workflows.
• Manage SQL database issues and run queries for analysis; escalate defects as needed.
• Maintain tickets with clear notes, documentation, and timely updates.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and development teams on improvements.
