Job summary

Path Forward IT is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer II to be the front line of client support, working 100% onsite at assigned locations in Jackson, TN. You’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and coordinate with vendors with a friendly, professional presence.

You’ll handle network, server, and endpoint problems, document work in IT Glue, manage Microsoft 365/AzureAD/DHCP-DNS/AD issues, and follow defined escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and onsite troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel between client buildings.
• Ability to document work in a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network, server, and endpoint issues onsite
• Handle escalations from Level I engineers and follow escalation paths as defined in documentation
• Document IT environments in IT Glue, updating or creating new articles
• Remotely access systems to push scripts or run actions as needed
• Manage Microsoft 365, AzureAD, DHCP/DNS, and Active Directory-related issues
• Work with vendors to help restore service during outages
