Job summary

The company is seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Support Engineer to support productionized DCs using MAWM, with emphasis on incident management, integration troubleshooting, and SCI reporting. This is an onsite role in Atlanta, GA for 6-12+ months with potential travel for onsite activities.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on MAWM production support, strong warehouse operations knowledge, experience with MIF, SCI reporting, and ERP/OMS/TMS/WCS integration.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years experience required
• Onsite 100% 5 days a week
• Experience with MAWM and warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management.
• Monitor production environments and ensure system availability and performance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents within SLAs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents.
• Create runbooks and self-service diagnostic steps for recurring issues.
