Job summary

Maxima Consulting seeks an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established 3PL company in the United States. The role provides on-call facility level support, timely issue resolution, and proper documentation in the IT Service Desk tools.

Travel within the region is frequent; travel outside region <10%. You will support hardware assets, WMS/APPS (Synapse WMS, ProShip, NiceLabel), and various IT tools (SalesForce, Box, OKTA, Meraki).

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Tier 1 ERP with WMS module.
Strong knowledge of supply chain technologies including UPC/GTINs and GS1 labeling.

Responsibilities

Documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and deployment of hardware assets (Networking, Desktop/Laptop, Warehouse hardware).
Expertise in IT operating toolset (SalesForce, TeamWork, 7Geese, ITGLUE, Box.com, OKTA, Meraki).
Level 1 tech support for basic systems (non-WMS) and for WMS/APPS (Synapse WMS, ProShip, NiceLabel).
Issue resolution with proper documentation in IT Service Desk tools.
Develop and maintain system configuration documentation.
