Job summary

Olmec Systems, a New Charter Technologies company, seeks an Onsite IT Support Engineer to be the go-to IT resource at the client’s HQ. You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, basic networking, printers, and conference room tech while delivering white-glove support in a fast-paced MSP environment.

You’ll work onsite, collaborate with remote engineers, and engage with C-suite executives as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support experience in an MSP or corporate environment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain IT solutions to non-technical users.
• Experience working with C-Suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for users at the client’s HQ office.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop/laptop issues, software, and basic networking.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 account setup, email issues, and cloud apps.
• Support printers, peripherals, and conference room technology.
• Handle basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity).
• Document all work in the IT ticketing system.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and complex issues.
