Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in an onsite support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Resolve hardware, software and basic network connectivity issues.
• Set up new user accounts, systems and peripheral devices.
• Assist with password resets, email, VPN and printer-related issues.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
• Maintain IT assets and update tickets in the system.
