Job summary

Insight Global in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a hands-on Level 2 Onsite Support professional to join our corporate head office. This 100% onsite role supports Windows and macOS laptops, provisioning, imaging, and endpoint management while partnering with Level 1 and Level 3 teams to ensure reliable IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ experience, strong customer-facing communication, and an ownership mindset, delivering high-quality tickets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience supporting macOS / MacBooks in enterprise
• Experience using Jamf Pro or similar
• Experience supporting Windows endpoints (Autopilot/Intune)
• Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA/SSO basics
• Strong customer-facing communication and ownership mindset
• Hardware/peripheral troubleshooting
• Onsite work in a busy office
• Exposure to Ubuntu Linux (basic)
• Networking basics (Wi‑Fi, DNS, VPN)
• Endpoint security exposure (Defender, encryption, device compliance)

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite/deskside support (walk-ups + ticket queue) for Windows and macOS laptops.
• Own device lifecycle activities: provisioning, imaging, swaps, repairs coordination, leaver recoveries, stock control.
• Support endpoint tooling: Windows Autopilot/Intune build and deployment; Jamf Pro policies and deployments.
• Troubleshoot productivity tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Resolve identity/access issues: Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, device compliance.
• Support meeting rooms / AV (Teams Rooms) and coordinate vendor escalation as needed.
• Maintain high-quality ticket updates and documentation in ServiceNow.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge articles.
