Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or field service experience.
• Experience installing, relocating, and troubleshooting PCs/workstations.
• Experience with RF guns, handheld scanners, or warehouse devices.
• Basic networking and cabling troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Windows workstations and peripherals.
• Ability to follow remote guidance and document activities.
• Strong communication and escalation skills.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment.
• IT-related qualifications preferred or CompTIA A+/Network+ advantage.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, set up, and relocate PC workstations.
• Set up and configure label printers; assist with printer issues.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for RF guns/scanners and warehouse IT equipment.
• Perform basic hardware checks, cabling, power, connectivity, validation.
• Follow remote guidance; provide real-time onsite updates.
• Document activities and outstanding actions for remote team.
