Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a Helpdesk or Desktop Support environment, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience working in a Helpdesk or Desktop Support environment.
• Proficiency with Helpdesk service management systems.
• Strong understanding of both PC and Mac systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite technical support for employees in Washington, D.C.
• Deliver remote support to Brunswick offices across the U.S. and globally.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
