Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Service Operations IT Support Partner in Atlanta to provide escalated support for internal employees and manage IT infrastructure initiatives. The role covers assisting with devices, applications, and asset management, while ensuring service quality and policy adherence.

Reporting to the IT org, you will participate in deployments and projects as needed, work onsite at the Atlanta location, and contribute to world-class customer satisfaction in a contract-to-hire

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ is nice to have.
• Go-getter with initiative to lead the IT site.
• Organized, proactive team member.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated IT support to internal employees.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure and assets.
