Job summary

WellStreet Urgent Care is seeking a Corporate Technology Specialist to provide hands-on IT support at the Atlanta corporate office, including dedicated support for the executive leadership team. This on-site role handles hardware repair, imaging, deployment, and asset-management activities to keep the technology program running smoothly.

You will image, stage, enroll devices, manage incidents in the IT service platform, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in technology and hardware; hands-on repair experience preferred.
• Willingness to provide in-person IT assistance.
• Experience with Windows hardware/OS and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support for corporate employees and executive leadership.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, authentication, printing, and performance issues.
• Assist with hardware setup, moves, refreshes, and deployments.
• Test and ready conference room and meeting technology.
• Provide on-site support during high-visibility meetings and events.
• Handle executive devices, accounts, and information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proactively identify recurring technology issues and prevent disruptions.
• Image, configure, stage, and enroll devices per standards.
• Manage assigned IT incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and time entries.
