Job summary

Compass Health Center, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst II to join our Falls Church, VA team. The role provides hands-on support for hardware, software, and network services, including onboarding new hires and maintaining data rooms. The position begins with five weeks of training and is 100% on-site.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or 3–5 years of IT support experience, a customer-service mindset, and strong communication. Occasional after-hours work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or Technology Support if no degree.
• Ability to provide high level of customer service and resolve IT questions.
• Knowledge of operating systems, office software, enterprise software, and server systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain hardware inventories and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage user accounts and access in Azure AD, Exchange, VPN, etc.
• Document incidents and resolutions in FreshService.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and junior staff.
• Support remote work tools and networks; respond to outages.
