Job summary

Compass Health Center is hiring an IT Analyst II for its Falls Church, VA location, starting mid January with five weeks of training. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on user support, hardware/software maintenance, and account provisioning for new hires.

Expect on-call duties, weekend work, and occasional travel for incidents. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in IT or CS or have 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or 3–5 years IT support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Falls Church, VA.
• Knowledge of remote desktop tools and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Office suite, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain data rooms and software licenses; manage user accounts.
• Create and manage AD, Outlook, VPN access for new hires.
• Handle ticketing via FreshService and document incidents.
• Assist with equipment moves, inventory, and vendor coordination.
