Job summary

Healthtech Inc. is seeking a Desk Side Analyst in Cincinnati, OH to provide hands-on hardware and software support at the site. You will work closely with clinical staff, biomed, and project teams to ensure reliable technology services and patient care continuity.

The role requires strong communication, IT fundamentals, and the ability to manage inventories and vendor relations. It is a full-time, on-site position with on-call responsibilities for after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related IT experience; 6+ years if no degree.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, AD, networks, and OS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware and telehealth equipment setup and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and spare parts.
• Ensure SLAs are met and coordinate with vendors to minimize disruption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues at sites and support other teams.
• Communicate clearly with users and translate IT language for non-technical staff.
• Support 24x7 operations and participate in on-call rotations.
