Job summary
SHR Talent, partnering with a client in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Support Analyst to handle technology needs for employees, including hardware, software, meeting setups, audio/video, and office phones. Travel to remote locations for on-site support and after-hours coverage are required.
The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and teamwork to work effectively with others and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience in a law firm is a plus.
- 2+ years supporting Windows 7 and Windows 2010.
- Experience with Exchange Console and Windows Active Directory.
- Experience with network devices such as hubs, switches and servers.
- Experience with remote assistance and Citrix and Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
- Experience with imaging software such as SCCM.
Responsibilities
- Answer IT Help Desk phone calls.
- Track requests in ticketing system.
- Install hardware and software and troubleshoot issues.
- Set up equipment for meetings and audio/video conferencing sessions.
- Image and profile computers.
- Configure mobile devices for company emails, contacts, and calendar events.
- Replace toner in printers and copiers.
- Track loaner equipment.
- Troubleshoot and configure office phones.
