Job summary

OfficePro is seeking a dynamic Audiovisual Engineer to support live events and corporate AV environments. You will troubleshoot, schedule, and maintain a wide range of AV and VTC systems onsite at a high-end client office.

This two-month, 1099 contract runs September 21 through November 21, 40 hours per week, with on-site presence required. You will ensure seamless operation of Logi/Yealink Teams setups and provide white-glove service for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining AV systems in corporate or event settings.
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and room control systems.
• Ability to work onsite 40 hours/week for 2 months (1099).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm meeting objectives and requirements.
• Perform pre-event checks of displays, mics, cameras, and room connectivity.
• Provide onsite white-glove coverage for high-priority meetings.
• Assist presenters with joining sessions and content sharing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot during live meetings and hybrid participation.
