Weld County IT in Greeley, CO is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to deliver onsite technical support, onboarding/offboarding processing, and device management. The role requires daily face-to-face interaction and strong communication to resolve complex issues with county personnel and vendors.

The position involves setting up and supporting laptops, desktops, and cellular devices, coordinating meetings and training, and ensuring service levels are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years in Technical Support/Help Desk.
• 1 year of Technical Support / Call Center / Desktop Support.
• Experience configuring Windows and Office 365.
• Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with diagnostic and mass deployment tools.
• Understanding of ITIL and PMP concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality onsite technical support and onboarding/offboarding processing.
• Manage cellular devices and escalation oversight for issues.
• Perform daily onsite setup, configuration and support for laptops, desktops and devices.
• Coordinate in-person meetings, training and support with IT directors, county personnel and vendors.
• Address high-priority and complex issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
