Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• 3+ years of OS experience (Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple).
• 3+ years of in‑person technical support.
• Customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, and verify IT systems and hardware before deployment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs and testing.
• Perform physical deployment and asset tracking of IT hardware.
• Repair network cable connectors and data drops as needed.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair telephone systems and related equipment.
• Terminate data cables and activate in telecommunications closets.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of telecom switching equipment.
