Qualifications

• Associate Degree or two-year technical certificate in Computer Science or computer operations related field.
• At least three years of experience installing, maintaining, supporting, and/or repairing computer systems, hardware, and software, with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and troubleshoots desktop computing systems across campus labs and campuses.
• Performs advanced diagnostic analysis and resolves computing problems, including software conflicts.
• Researches procurement needs and prepares specifications and quotes.
• Installs, troubleshoots, and secures desktop systems ensuring staff, faculty, and students have reliable access.
• Maintains network configurations and hardware/software inventories.
• Monitors software licensing and licensing compliance.
• Prepares and analyzes data and reports to support decision making.
• Provides advanced level system support to users.
