Qualifications

• LAN/WAN support, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration and technical support for PVCC software and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking gear (routers, switches, wireless APs).
• Track end-user issues through the ticketing system and maintain documentation.
• Monitor network and systems performance and assist with security monitoring.
• Occasional travel with provided reimbursement as needed.
