Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for PVCC and satellite offices.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and related protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Manage email, calendars, and Google Suite distributions for users.
• Log and track end-user issues in the ticketing system.
• Support network equipment setup (routers, switches) and security practices.
