Job summary
Puller Veterans Care Center is seeking a skilled DVS Technical Support Analyst 3 for full-time, on-site work in Warrenton, VA. The role includes managing ~200 IT devices, supporting agency software/hardware, and assisting IT at remote offices.
Strong desktop support, networking, MDM, and customer service skills are required in a medical facility environment. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with in-person interviews.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Windows OS installation, troubleshooting and admin.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and antivirus software.
- Basic knowledge of PC setup, configuration and maintenance.
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to document steps clearly and train users.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT administration and desktop support.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and devices.
- Configure PCs, laptops, phones, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support remote Veterans Benefits offices and integration efforts.
- Document changes and create training materials.
- Track tickets and report IT performance metrics.
