Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to support the PVCC in Warrenton, VA, delivering IT administration, troubleshooting and end-user support for Windows, Google Suite and mobile devices. This onsite, full-time/contract role requires strong customer service, documentation and teamwork skills.

You will configure desktops, laptops, printers, network gear, and assist with security, inventory, and ticketing systems while traveling as needed to satellite offices.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Edge, and Chrome across IT assets.
• Maintain system documentation and update procedures.
• Clean driving record and ability for light travel.
• Strong networking and IT security understanding.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong problem-solving and time management.
• Ability to document issues and solutions clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration and technical support for agency software and hardware.
• Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and security.
• Support PVCC and remote Veterans Benefits sites.
• Document changes and create procedures.
