Job summary

Stellar Professionals supports the Department of Veterans Services in Warrenton, VA, with a Desktop / Technical Support Analyst role onsite at PVCC. You will provide end-to-end IT administration, network support, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting for 200+ assets across PVCC and satellite NOVA offices.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid license, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering commercial software suites including McAfee Anti-Virus, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft O365.
3+ years configuring and repairing Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
3+ years setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices (iOS/Android) and office phone systems.
Knowledge of network hardware and fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
3+ years creating technical documentation, training end-users, and managing tickets.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical movements as needed.

Responsibilities

Hardware & peripheral support: Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and AV systems.
Network & infrastructure maintenance: Monitor and resolve issues for routers, switches, WAPs, and LAN/WAN protocols.
Software & endpoint security: Install and support Windows OS, O365, Google Workspace, McAfee, and Acrobat.
Mobile & telephony administration: Configure and support iOS/Android devices and phone systems.
Asset & inventory management: Maintain IT inventory logs and document system configurations.
End-user training and ticketing: Deliver user training and manage service desk tickets.
