Job summary

Integra Beauty is seeking an Onsite IT Support Admin to be the go-to technical contact for daily operations at our U.S. offices. You’ll untangle IT issues, provision gear, and keep the workspace running smoothly.

Working alongside senior engineers, you’ll tackle tickets while gaining exposure to enterprise networking, security, and modern IT infrastructure. A high-energy, eager learner will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a help desk, desktop support, or onsite IT admin role.
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi), and Active Directory or Microsoft 365 administration.
• High energy, urgency, and willingness to perform physical tasks like racking equipment and cabling.
• Active listener with openness to feedback and ability to learn quickly from seniors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a user-first mindset and ability to explain tech clearly.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve daily IT issues for onsite and remote staff.
• Provision equipment and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Assist with security incident documentation and data gathering.
• Monitor health of networks, servers, NAS, and cloud environments; escalate as needed.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Track hardware/software inventory and assist with vendor coordination.
• Collaborate on AI and data-related initiatives and internal tooling support.
• Document work in the ticketing system and standardize processes.
• Provide a positive customer/employee experience.
