Job summary

Paradromics, Inc. is seeking a Jr. IT Administrator in Austin, TX to join our IT team and provide day-to-day end-user support, device provisioning, and asset administration in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Intune across Windows, macOS, and Linux, handling tickets, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation. The role offers hands-on experience with IAM and IT service management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS/iOS, and Linux devices.
• Basic understanding of user account and identity administration (e.g., AD, Google Workspace, Entra ID).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for help desk tickets and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide end-user support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts and equipment for new hires and offboarding.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and document procedures.
