Job summary

Hypori, Inc in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on desktop and end-user support. You will keep laptops, accounts, peripherals, and office tech running smoothly, with onsite work under the IT System Administrator.

This junior role (1–2 years) offers growth while supporting asset management, ticketing in Jira/Confluence, and IT projects. Strong troubleshooting, English communication, and CompTIA A+/Security+ are required; Windows/macOS, M365, Entra ID, AD, and MDM

Qualifications

CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA A+ certifications required.
1–2 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and macOS hardware/software.
Experience with Jira/Confluence ticketing and knowledge base articles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support onsite.
Keep laptops, accounts, peripherals, and office technology running smoothly.
Resolve day-to-day technical issues under the IT System Administrator.
Support asset inventory and management for hardware, software, and subscriptions.
Assist IT projects and hardware deployment.
Document tickets in Jira/Confluence and contribute to knowledge base.
