Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support troubleshooting Tier II–III tickets.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and admin tasks.
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to Enable clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Build client relationships through active listening and clear communication.
• Explain complex technical concepts in plain language for all skill levels.
