Prosum is seeking a Technology Services Administrator for our San Diego office to provide expert onsite IT support for attorneys and staff in a Microsoft 365/Windows 11 environment.

You will manage escalated tickets, support video conferences and meetings, and maintain AD security groups, MDM, and document management systems like iManage and NetDocs. This is an onsite, Monday–Friday role with occasional after-hours work.

Qualificações

• 3+ years IT experience in legal or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, and printer troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting attorneys or client-facing professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with iPhone/Android support, conference room tech, and AD.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver white-glove end-user IT support in a Microsoft 365/Windows 11 environment.
• Handle escalated service tickets and provide expert troubleshooting.
• Support video conferences, webinars, and high-stakes meetings.
• Maintain AD security groups, MDM, and document management systems (iManage, NetDocs).
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure upkeep.
