Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an IT Services & Support Analyst to join the Sunrise office onsite. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, resolving software and hardware issues, and escalating as needed while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in IT support, familiarity with Macintosh/Windows, Active Directory, and MS Office. The role includes after-hours/on-call shifts and collaboration with IT teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-4 years’ experience in IT/Support.
• Prior healthcare support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for IT Services & Support via phone, chat, service portal, email & walk-up.
• Troubleshoots software and hardware issues, aiming for first contact resolution.
• Escalate issues to second- and third-level experts with proper steps documented in ITSM.
• Document all cases in the service management system and update relevant teams.
• Maintain confidentiality with patient and employee information.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations.
• Build relationships with other IT teams through communication.
• Adhere to Pediatrix standards, policies and procedures.
