The role acts as the first IT contact, managing access, equipment, and onboarding/offboarding, and assisting with systems including Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and security devices. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and process improvement to help staff work efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting with Windows and business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, user accounts, and basic networking.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite first-level IT support for employees.
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, and communicate updates.
• Resolve hardware, software, account access, and connectivity problems.
• Install and configure computers, applications, and peripherals.
• Provide basic employee technology training and support.
