Path Forward IT is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer I to provide technical support directly at client locations and by phone. The role follows documented procedures and ensures SLAs are met.

You will document activities daily, monitor ticket queues, and escalate issues per IT Glue. This position is 100% onsite at client sites, with occasional travel between buildings and a focus on delivering reliable IT services to healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with onsite IT support and ticketing workflows.
• Familiarity with basic network concepts and Windows server environments.
• Ability to document steps and maintain SLA adherence.

Responsabilités

• Document all activities, projects, and tickets daily in the ticketing system.
• Handoff and document in-progress tickets before the end of each shift.
• Monitor the ticket gateway and designated queues.
• Escalate issues as documented in IT Glue.
• Create or update IT Glue articles with new customer findings.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve outage issues.
• Build client rapport during onsite troubleshooting and client interaction.
• Work 100% onsite at client locations, commuting between buildings as required.
