Job summary

Smile Partners USA is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to deliver frontline IT support across multiple locations, handling hardware, software, networking, and telecommunication needs both remotely and on-site.

You will manage tickets and support core systems including practice management, imaging, AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, network gear, VoIP, and internet services while ensuring HIPAA and PCI compliance across the environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/certifications.
• Minimum two years in Information Technology with hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with HIPAA and PCI compliance in IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid IT support remotely and on-site across multiple locations.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets meeting SLAs.
• Support core systems: practice management, imaging, AD/Entra ID, M365, network, VoIP, internet.
