Job summary

Experis is seeking a Service Desk Technician for an onsite role at Broadway, New York, NY 10018. This 1-year contract requires 37.5 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an hourly rate of $42.00.

You will support NY Greenbank users with Office 365, Windows, Salesforce, SharePoint, Webex, and Jira, and may script with PowerShell. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant IT support experience, strong Windows/Office 365 expertise, and solid customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end users via telephone, email, ticketing system and in-person.
• Support approved applications including Office 365, Windows, Salesforce, SharePoint, Webex, Jira.
• Assist users with booking, setting up, configuring and launching Webinars.
• Assist users with A/V equipment in conference rooms.
• Configure, deploy and support computing hardware and be knowledgeable in devices.
