A leading workforce solutions provider is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst in Golden Valley, MN. The role requires providing hands-on, Level 1 technical support in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Candidates must have at least one year of IT support experience and foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies. This position is on-site with hours Tuesday through Thursday.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or technical support.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person technical support for laptops, software, and AV equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests timely.
• Monitor and manage escalations from external service providers.

Conocimientos

Customer service orientation

Technical troubleshooting

Knowledge of Windows OS

Experience with Active Directory

Basic networking support

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
