Job summary

Sequel Med Tech in Manchester, NH seeks an IT Operations Technician for hands-on, on-site IT support in a regulated environment. You will ensure employees have equipment, access, and a reliable IT experience from day one, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and security‑aligned workflows.

The role includes first‑line help desk triage, asset tracking, and admin tasks, with responsibility for readying devices for events and field operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Previous work experience in IT support or related experience such as internships or coursework.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Onboarding & Offboarding: manage onboarding tickets; coordinate procurement, configuration, and delivery of IT equipment; provision devices; validate access and license assignments; support offboarding including asset tracking and device recovery.
• Help Desk Ticket Triage & End‑User Support: monitor and prioritize IT support requests; resolve common issues; escalate complex ones; set up and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals; provide onsite support for meeting tech.
• Device Lifecycle & Event Readiness: assist with device lifecycle activities; prepare and validate devices for trade shows/training; pack and coordinate readiness with field teams.
• IT Administrative Support: maintain employee records in IT systems; support distribution lists and access controls; assist with badge/physical access; contribute to knowledge base.
• Inventory & Asset Management: maintain inventory and asset tracking; document device assignments and lifecycle status.
• Compliance & Device Health: ensure devices meet patching and security standards; identify non‑compliant devices for remediation.
