Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Onsite Tech Support - Manager to lead a multi-region based team of IT professionals, delivering priorities, standards and procedures for enterprise environments. The role collaborates with senior management to propose solutions, manage crises and drive service excellence across Publicis Re:Sources and Groupe agencies.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent IT experience), 6+ years in IT and 3+ years in IT management, with travel to sites as needed;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or proven IT experience.
• Experience with IT operations management and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and project sponsorship interaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, analyze and respond to critical events.
• Manage crises requiring analysts across teams to resolve.
• Serve as an escalation point for IT and business issues.
• Manage monitoring and resolution of AV issues for on-site equipment.
• Hire, coach and evaluate team; manage performance.
• Plan capacity and training; engage third-party vendors.
• Communicate status to IT management and business stakeholders.
