Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks an experienced IT leader to set the vision and roadmap for Global IT Client services and Global IT Operations. You will lead ITSM processes, mentor managers, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across a global enterprise.

Required are 10+ years in IT with 6+ years in leadership, ITIL expertise, and proven ability to manage multi-site operations. On-site role in Rosemont, IL with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology discipline with 10+ years in IT and 6+ years in leadership.
• Experience in IT operations, security, engineering, or management.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish an overarching vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global IT Client services and Global IT Operations.
• Develop and manage processes for Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration, Knowledge, and Request Management.
