Accenture is seeking an experienced IT support professional for an onsite, hub-and-spoke style role in Bartlesville, OK. The position emphasizes coordinating Field Services, providing end-user support, and maintaining devices and software across on-site sites with minimal travel.

The role requires strong liaison with clients, leadership of delivery teams, and hands-on support for standard IT equipment and collaboration tools.

Competenze

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT support role.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as the primary operational liaison with the client.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing day to day team direction and delivery oversight.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Coordinate Field Services delivery and participate in KT activities.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with the client.
