North Community Counseling Centers, inc. seeks a part-time IT support specialist to travel between agency locations in Columbus, OH, providing on-site hardware and network support.

You will install and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and phones, and help with basic networking tasks for reliable operations. Qualified candidates have 3+ years IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years IT support, help desk, desktop support, networking, or similar experience preferred.
• IT education, certification, or technical training is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between agency locations to provide onsite IT support.
• Install, configure, maintain hardware including computers, printers, scanners, and phones.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, access points, cabling, connectivity).
• Maintain communication with MSP and document issues and resolutions.
• Set up user access and decommission accounts for departures.
• Support Microsoft 365 accounts, passwords, permissions, and mail for staff.
• Maintain inventory of technology assets and equipment.
