Job summary

North Community Counseling Centers is seeking a part-time IT Support specialist to travel between agency locations, installing and maintaining computers, printers, and network equipment. You will assist with Microsoft 365 accounts and basic IT issues for administrative staff while coordinating with the MSP.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to work independently in a nonprofit behavioral health setting. Local travel and daytime hybrid hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years IT support, help desk, desktop support, networking, or similar experience preferred.
• IT education or certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between agency locations to provide onsite IT support.
• Install, configure, maintain, replace computers, printers, scanners, and network gear.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, switches, and access points.
• Maintain communication with MSP and track open tickets.
• Set up user access for new employees and remove access for departures.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 accounts, passwords, permissions, and mail issues for admins.
• Maintain inventory of tech assets and document issues and resolutions.
• Monitor IT requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
• Help test and implement new technology and test security/privacy policies.
