Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; 3 years of IT experience.
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Industry-recognized credentials focused on technology.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation, databases, and security practices.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• MS 365 Admin Center experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, troubleshoot, resolve, and close technology support tickets.
• Provide courteous support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
• Diagnose common hardware, software, connectivity, printing, AV, and account-access issues.
• Escalate unresolved, high-impact, security-related, or out-of-scope issues with complete notes.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and securely store equipment; assist with device enrollment and updates.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment, locations, and lifecycle activity; assist with inventory.
• Create and update knowledge articles; provide basic training and guidance.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, audits, and other IT projects.
