Job summary

Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across our organization, remotely and on-site in Marion, Ohio. You will troubleshoot issues, deploy equipment, and manage Microsoft 365 services for staff.

The role offers hands-on work with varied systems, opportunities to visit multiple locations, and a chance to contribute to mission-driven programs while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting workstations and POS systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Willingness to travel between Goodwill locations.
• Occasional nights/weekends/on-call support.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and workstation issues.
• Provide on-site or remote IT support to employees.
• Deploy and maintain equipment and devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and services.
• Support POS systems across locations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Travel to Goodwill locations for on-site support.
• Protect information following IT security standards.
