Job summary

Myomo, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Manager to partner with cross‑functional teams and drive an IT roadmap covering infrastructure, security, and applications.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a strong emphasis on cybersecurity best practices, data privacy, and AI‑enabled improvements. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing IT programs in a public company or regulated environment, with onsite weekly presence at the Burlington, MA HQ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a corporate or in‑house setting.
• Public company background and/or regulated environment experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record as IT Manager/Sr. Engineer or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross‑functionally to understand and anticipate service and security requirements and improve IT services.
• Lead system migrations, upgrades, data storage, cloud access, and implement AI‑driven efficiencies where appropriate.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and data privacy practices across the organization.
