Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in-house.
• Public company background or regulated environment a strong plus.
• Proven track record as an IT Manager or senior leader.
• B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering; advanced degree may be a plus.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM) a plus.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to anticipate service and security requirements and improve IT services.
• Provide technical management for critical IT projects including migrations and upgrades.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and data privacy practices.
• Oversee corporate cybersecurity efforts with company leadership.
• Monitor IT metrics and ensure timely issue resolution for internal customers.
• Maintain vendor inventory and ensure SOC reports and cybersecurity insurance.
• Manage technology vendors to meet service level standards.
• Test and evaluate new software and hardware as needed.
• Oversee cost-effective procurement of IT hardware and software.
• Ensure regular backups of vital applications and data.
• Streamline IT onboarding for new employees.
