Job summary

Life Science Outsourcing (LSO) is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to own IT across two facilities in NH and CA. You will lead strategy, cybersecurity, ERP (Deacom), and production systems, while managing an internal IT team and an external MSP.

This role demands partnership with executives and hands-on technology delivery in a regulated device manufacturing environment. Hybrid work arrangement with sites in Somersworth, NH and Brea, CA, plus periodic travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including 3+ years managing IT operations, projects, or technical teams.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and endpoint management.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or SOC, plus PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment; familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and computer system validation principles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead IT strategy and technology roadmap in partnership with executive leadership.
Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licensing, contracts, and managed service providers.
Lead enterprise AI adoption and governance, collaborating with our parent company's AI initiatives.
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management.
Ensure high availability through monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Serve as the L2 escalation tier and own escalations with internal teams and MSPs.
