Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, operating in a hybrid model in NYC with 1-3 days per week on-site.

The role focuses on IT operations, service delivery, and vendor management to scale our internal IT services. You will drive cloud identity and endpoint management, including Google Workspace and Entra ID/Intune, while partnering with MSPs to ensure documented, measurable IT services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT operations and service delivery experience.
• Experience managing MSP and IT vendor relationships.
• Hands-on cloud identity and endpoint management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and mature cloud identity and endpoint management model across Google Workspace and future Microsoft capabilities.
• Own identity and endpoint standards: admin roles, MFA, recovery access, device enrollment, and conditional access controls.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune licensing as those services roll out.
• Maintain ownership of cloud tenants, configurations, logs, and credentials even with MSP involvement.
• Build and maintain IT service catalog, ownership model, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
• Define workflows for incidents, requests, onboarding/offboarding, assets, and changes.
• Own the MSP relationship day to day: ticket quality, service reviews, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Develop Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes across HR, Google Workspace, SaaS, and endpoint provisioning.
• Oversee Windows and macOS endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, MDM/RMM, patching, EDR, secure retirement.
• Maintain authoritative asset inventory and support SOC 2 and SOX ITGC audits with evidence.
