Job summary

Traeger, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline technical support across the corporate environment from Salt Lake City.

You will manage devices with Intune and Kandji, support Microsoft 365/Azure AD, and handle A/V systems for meetings and events. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on IT helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with Windows/macOS administration.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on IT helpdesk / desktop support experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Windows/macOS administration.
Experience with MDM tools (Intune and Kandji) or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system, phone, and in-person.
Administer and support end-user devices (Windows and macOS) using Microsoft Intune and Kandji (IRU) for enrollment, policy deployment, and remote management.
Support Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration: user provisioning, licensing, password/MFA resets.
Manage and troubleshoot A/V systems in conference rooms and shared spaces, including firmware updates.
Image, configure, and deploy new laptops/desktops and manage asset lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding).
Document recurring issues, contribute to internal knowledge base, and identify automation opportunities.
